Last year wanted to replace air filter(engine) and inside carriage filter. KIA wanted $200.00 ea. Air filter cast m $22.00, and $17.00 at Autozone. Took 20 second each to replace. Yesterday needed a cost of carriage filter. KIA wanted $200.00 ea. Air filter cast m $22.00, and $17.00 at Autozone. Took 20 second each to replace. Yesterday needed a cost of a molding piece. Arrived at 10:30 am and did not get finished until 3:45! I understand they were busy, and short 2 managers (I was told), but there was no reason to keep telling me “…things are moving along…..” or ….“ just I understand they were busy, and short 2 managers (I was told), but there was no reason to keep telling me “…things are moving along…..” or ….“ just a few more minutes….” or ……everyone came in at the same time…” or “…….someone will be with you shortly….”. In the meantime, many employees were scarfing down pizza, laughing, and generally having a good time. This demonstrates extremely poor management. You need to utilize your employees to improve customer service. Buying a car can be stressful anyway, no need to add to it. So happy I don’t have to do it again for many years! More
