We bought the car we wanted, but it was not a pleasant experience. We were at the dealership for six hours. Our salesperson was friendly but not knowledgeable or helpful. He kept leaving us, he kept makin experience. We were at the dealership for six hours. Our salesperson was friendly but not knowledgeable or helpful. He kept leaving us, he kept making excuses and after 5 hours and having a deal we said we would come back tomorrow to close the deal. The Finance Manager came out and said they would finish in 10 minutes if we would stay; we did and it was another hour and 5 minutes! We were given incorrect information about our finance company, first payment due date, we were not told the interest rate and so much more. None of the features of the car were explained and they did a horrible job on the detailing. More
