Steve went above and beyond to keep us updated on our Carnival arrival. We waited over 2 months for delivery and he reached out regularly to make sure we knew he was on top of it. Jordan made the finan Carnival arrival. We waited over 2 months for delivery and he reached out regularly to make sure we knew he was on top of it. Jordan made the finance part fast and efficient. I will definitely buy another car from Steve and would recommend him to groans family. The port charlotte Kia dealership is beautiful and makes the car buying experience wonderful. Everyone was Very personable and hospitable! Steve Bruer was exceptional in dealing with me. I expressed what my interests were and he got me what I thought was a wonderful deal. He explained the figures to me down to what my monthly payment would be and I was very satisfied. He also made me feel like a valued customer. Furthermore Noel was able to provide a final monthly figure that was acceptable. My experience going in and the end result was gratifying.
