Richetta Reed is fabulous! My husband and I were looking on-line for a car for my daughter. We found a nice used vehicle at Kia of Lynchburg. We were out of town at the time and My husband and I were looking on-line for a car for my daughter. We found a nice used vehicle at Kia of Lynchburg. We were out of town at the time and called to set up an appointment. The person that scheduled us was professional and prompt and set an appointment for us with Richetta Reed. When we arrived the car was parked up front, had been fully cleaned and was ready for a test drive. We were greeted in the parking lot and taken to meet Mrs. Reed. She was so sweet and personable, she made us feel very taken care of. She was helpful and willing to try to make the best deal possible for us. She has a very positive attitude. The sales manager Robert Tucker met with us as well and he was very knowledgeable and when we decided to purchase the car, which was a great deal, the finance manager Chuck Cook and Richetta stayed late on a Saturday to make sure the sale was completed. They saved us a trip to DMV by doing all the work there and providing regular tags for the car. And they filled the tank and gave us lifetime vehicle inspections as a bonus. It was an easy and pleasant experience and I would recommend Richetta and the sales team at Kia of Lynchburg to everyone. More
