Very efficient took my car right away to take it to the back for my oil change and inspection. I waited a little over an hour was getting tired of waiting, however the refreshments and the TV Made the wait back for my oil change and inspection. Service Experience Have brought my Sorrento to Lynchburg, Va KIA for 16 years (90,000 miles) for its maintenance and very satisfied with the service and Christy Herald's Have brought my Sorrento to Lynchburg, Va KIA for 16 years (90,000 miles) for its maintenance and very satisfied with the service and Christy Herald's help and info, a great asset to KIA. Recently have had to bring vehicle in for other than maintenance...there has been a serious problem, and diagnostics have not been accurate in getting to source of problem. Solution thought to be reached. Yesterday I wasn't more than a block from KIA and same problem, turned around went back. Hopefully, this time a code came out and finally have hopes of getting to bottom of problem. My Sorrento has been the best and my most favorite car ever and would consider another if an when in the market...sadly my budget doesn't allow for that! I do wish that KIA supplied loaners, my car has been in 2 weeks and it has been very difficult and inconvenient to be without it for that length of time. One time I even called when away and one of service people gave me great advice! Thank you so much for the years of excellent service. MaryAnn Martin More
I recently had to have work done on my Kia Sorento and it was a very pleasant experience. I purchased 4 new tires, upon picking my vehicle up the low tire pressure warning was on. I had to stop on my way home and all 4 tires were at the wrong pressure. My car is supposed to be at 34psi and I ha low tire pressure warning was on. I had to stop on my way home and all 4 tires were at the wrong pressure. My car is supposed to be at 34psi and I had three of them set to 40 and one set to 20. I adjusted them as necessary, but woke up the next morning to a flat tire. I spoke to the service department and they were extremely accommodating after this, but I am concerned as to why they didn’t notice this before. The problem is solved now, but very disappointing to have paid almost $700 to have a flat tire in less than 12 hours. More
