Great people who know what they’re doing. My car was in’s sad condition. Christ told me I was literally driving a fire hazard. I knew I was losing gas somewhere because I could smell it very strongly. The guys there diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me an estimate right away. I was offered a ride home. The very next afternoon I was called and told it was ready. HONESTLY I was not expecting it back so soon but I was elated! I love my Kia and all the people I have ever dealt wit there. I would recommend them to any and everyone I know. They are good people with a heart and you well being ind mind. More

Nice people but very poor customer service! The car dealership had the vehicle that we bought from them for 5 - 6 months. My wife and I were talked into paying $165 for a DMV fee that never exis The car dealership had the vehicle that we bought from them for 5 - 6 months. My wife and I were talked into paying $165 for a DMV fee that never existed. It has been 2 months since we bought the vehicle and our vehicle is still not registered. The dealership still has not submitted the sales information to the NC DMV for processing. The last thing I was told was that there was a hold up with the original title to the car. I was told that we would be refunded the $165 but it would have to be sent to the lien holder. I explained that they can send it to us since we put down $3000; it does not have to go to the lien holder. Still no refund and no registration! Also, when asking the finance manager about how a figure was calculated on the paperwork, he said that the computer just spits out the numbers and if it is wrong you will get a refund. We should have left the dealership at that point. Like I said, nice people but very poor customer service. We will not do business with this dealership in the future... More
