Visited for a recall and was pleasantly surprised. This is our first Kia. It had a factory ECU recall, and I scheduled for last Friday. I was greeted at the door of the Service Dept, processed immediately, and the work was completed in far less than an hour. Everyone was great to deal with, very professional, and the Service Manager, Christy, took time to introduce herself and talk with me about our car and its overall condition. I really appreciated their approach compared to some other dealerships, and we may well be returning for other future service needs. Thanks! More

The service department is awesome! I love Christy and she and her team are amazing!!! However your sales department, they are pushy. Also ran my credit 3 times without my permission, also did a bank inquiry and her team are amazing!!! However your sales department, they are pushy. Also ran my credit 3 times without my permission, also did a bank inquiry without my permission.. so four hits on my credit.. I wasn't looking to buy. I was inquiring as my car was being inspected. Also my car was driven off the lot without my permission and my console was rummaged through and 1oo dollars was stolen from me! I will never do business with them again!! They are sending a check for the missing funds. But their practices are a little too cocky for me! And Ms Reese needs back off when someone says NO!!! I can't even gives your sales department a rating! They don't deserve not even one star. Prob needs to 5 to the negative!!! More
