Good Service I took my Sorento in for inspection, tire balance and alignment, and for a thumping sound which ended up being the 4 WD Coupler. Christy Herald told me that aside from my deductible, the cost of replacement would be covered under my extended warranty. Once she got approval for the replacement, I took the Sorento back in for work and mainly dealt with Joe Woods. Both were polite, friendly, and professional.
