BEST STAFF AND EXPERIENCE EVER I went to a couple car dealerships before this one, and they all didn't care to work with me. As soon as I pulled in here, I was greeted and was shown I went to a couple car dealerships before this one, and they all didn't care to work with me. As soon as I pulled in here, I was greeted and was shown cars in my budget. I fell in love with one car and they did literally everything they could to make sure I left that night in that car. I never felt pressured and the environment was friendly and the staff was trustworthy. I would recommend this place to literally everyone I know. Thank you Jeremy, Lucas, James, and the finance guy (the one that gives high fives)! I love my new car! More

Used car I purchased had issues before I even made it home! I purchased a pre owned vehicle at Kia of Cleveland last week, and mechanical issues developed before I even made it home! A chugging hesitation and b I purchased a pre owned vehicle at Kia of Cleveland last week, and mechanical issues developed before I even made it home! A chugging hesitation and bad smelling oil leak were obvious after I got about 45 minutes down the road. I called that evening, and no one returned my call. I went into the dealer thenext day, and they led me to believe they would fix these issues if possible, even though I had no warranty, since the issues were obviously there when I bought the vehicle. When I brought it in, the run-around began. No one wanted to look me in the eye, and the mechanic that was supposed to ride around in my vehicle to witness the problems barely drove it, if he did at all. When I returned and asked him to ride with me so I could show him the problems, he sent another mechanic in his place and was mildly rude. This mechanic he sent, Randall, was great, but when we returned and Randall told the main mechanic, Jake, that the issues were not water in the tank or oil spilled on the engine and that it was probably a coil pack and legit oil leak, I was told to go find my salesman, Jeff, and that I'd have to bring it back another day to be looked at, after I had already been told that they would look at it that day. After going back and forth between salesman and service desk, I was told that pre-owned vehicles are only test driven 10 - 15 miles, and so they probably did not know about these issues when they sold me the car. Since the issues we're not immediate safety concerns, "Sorry Charlie," in other words. They were barely even sympathetic when I left, and although I had been polite, honest, and patient for days, I heard them all talking about me and my situation in front of the building, as Jeff, my original salesman, shushed them quickly. This is hardly the respect or amount of concern I expected to deal with when buying from a "reputable" dealer. An honest salesman and dealer would care about their product and what they have sold to a customer with good credit and a large down payment, although any customer deserves that at least. Had they been straight up with me in the beginning and just told me they would not cover the repairs, I could have already had the car repaired elsewhere and not wasted my time or been humiliated. They are obviously not appreciative of my business nor are they concerned with the quality of the vehicle they sold me. I would have never paid close to sticker price like I did for a car that came with major issues like this one did. The immaturity, avoidance and disrespect from the employees at Kia of Cleveland warrants me to warn others. Take heed! And take your business elsewhere. Andy in financing and Randall the mechanic are the only exceptions to this review. While Jeff my salesman was polite, he only did what he did, which ended up being nothing in the end, because I forced myself upon them by coming back to the dealer to settle things face-to-face. If you want to buy a vehicle only to take it straight to your mechanic, go for it at Kia of Cleveland! If you'd like to have a round of salesman standing outside talking about you and laughing at you when you leave, Kia of Cleveland is the place to go! Days like these make me hope karma is real... Note - I have not purchased a vehicle in 20 years so it was a pleasure to have no high pressured sales, no "smarter than you" attitudes....just friendly, "we want you to be happy" service. Best experience EVER! I have purchased several vehicles in my life from dealers and by far KIA of Cleveland is the best! I am a single female and have had awful experiences with other local dealers treating me as though I am unintelligent or unworthy of their time. Not the case at KIA of Cleveland, I had spoken to Brad earlier in the week and had looked at a few models, he told me about the warranties and said if I couldn't find what I wanted on the lot they could find it at another dealership and bring it in. Two days later I was in for a test drive and Brad was busy with another customer. Instead of making me wait the sales manager Jamie offered to have another sales rep assist me, assuring me that Brad would get credit for the sale. That's when Shelia took me for my test drive. The 2017 Sportage was the one for me. Shelia helped me find the model I wanted with the options I desired. Shelia is very knowledgeable and treated as though she'd know me for years. It took some time to see Brandon in finance but that was understandable it was the end of the month and they were making (to quote Ashley) "crazy deals". They were apologetic for my wait and offer beverages but this wasn't my first car purchase and I had planned on being there a while. Brandon in finance was knowledgeable and speedy. He has it together. He offer me gap insurance, a maintenance plan, extended warranty etc. but he did not pressure me and answered all my questions. Once the paperwork was done Shelia took me out to my new car and showed me how things work by now this was after closing but she didn't rush me out the door. The next day I took my title in for my trade in, Shelia and Jamie met me at the door. I priced a few extras for my Sportage and met the service manager Jake. I was so happy to see Jake I have know him for years and know that he is trustworthy and honest. I will have no problems having my car serviced at KIA of Cleveland because Jake will make sure I only get what I need and not what isn't necessary. Everyone at KIA of Cleveland was exceptional and made this car buying experience the best ever! No more going to Knoxville for me. I'll stay with KIA of Cleveland. More
Would not spend my money here now. For several months I have been trying to buy a new 2016 Kia Souk. I've spoke and met dealers in Atlanta, Smyrna, Knoxville, Blue Ridge, Chattanooga an For several months I have been trying to buy a new 2016 Kia Souk. I've spoke and met dealers in Atlanta, Smyrna, Knoxville, Blue Ridge, Chattanooga and Cleveland. I am from Cleveland so it would be so much easier to buy from here or Chattanooga, but for some reason these two (that I was informed are owned by the same franchise owner) are the only ones who will not attempt helping me based on what I have to work with, they wouldn't even try to put me in a used vehicle or anything. I take great offense to this and would not spend my money with them even if they told me it'll be 10$ for the entire car now. Cleveland and Chattanooga are far friendlier places than Knoxville and Atlanta, so why is it they're all sitting on pedestals acting as though they don't need sales from the public? I won't mention names but I have spoken with at least 3 individuals there over the last 3 or so months. I'm outraged by the way I've been treated each time. More

The reason for the four star rating is because the van I purchased was not as clean as it could've been at delivery. The in house cleaning up shop display not get stains out of one of the seats. I was told I could get it re-done when I bring it back for oil change. It was great in all other aspects of the buying experience. More
