Came to look at Toyota (thank goodness didn’t have to drive far from my hometown) the tires were cracked and looked dry rotted to be a 2016, soon as the salesperson started the car check engine light was drive far from my hometown) the tires were cracked and looked dry rotted to be a 2016, soon as the salesperson started the car check engine light was on as well as trac off light was on, black sut came out of exhaust. Horrible first impression didnt even want to drive the car because the check engine light was blamed on running it out of gas by the manager... not a very good Competent manager if you ask me. To say none the lease when you first drive up they were blaring music and very u professional first impression. Let’s just say I went 2.5 miles down the road for a few more thousand dollars and bought a brand new better Toyota SUV where professionalism staff were. More

My wife, who is the primary driver, was also interested in looking at the mid-sized SUV options. I am so glad that we looked into Kia of Cleveland. Chase Perry was eager to show us a few options with the Sedona but also had a 2020 Sorento available. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the in-person experience in the dealership was good and we didn't feel pressured by the sales staff. We were glad to buy the Sorento and have enjoyed the ride, the value, and the peace of mind the Kia warranty offers. I'd strongly recommend Kia of Cleveland! More

We stopped to test drive a Telluride, and Kenton Baggett was the first person we met when pulled into the dealership. He was a new sales person, and was very pleasant and easy to work with. If there was something he could not answer, he got an answer for us. They did not have one on the lot that we wanted. Before we even got home from the dealership, he contacted us with one that was coming in the next week that fit what we were looking for. He made a painful process more enjoyable. More

As we negotiated prices, at one point Brandon, a member of the finance team, just cut to the chase and said 'OK what do you want to pay for it?" So I told him - and he simply said "OK, and we wrote the sales order up under my proposed terms. What really impressed me was that after all was said and done, and I needed to transfer my personal belongings from my trade, it was night and pouring rain outside ! Casey went to help me move my stuff, and stayed the whole time until it was done, even showed me all the features of the new car, as well as erased my contacts in the old car for my privacy, Thanks Casey ! They are, and always will be my go-to dealership for all my sales and service. All reviews need a balance, so if I have anything to say for improvement, this is on the customer, not the dealership - review your insurance policy and see what features may already be included so you don't double-buy when you are adding your warranties and additional coverage. My husband & I had been looking for another car. Again, we were ONLY looking! But, this salesperson came out talking to us & he was the # 1 stunner! Jordan Ankey:) As we walked around the lot talking about cars..we knew HE was our salesperson! He was a teacher, because he told us the abilities about the car and he was a comedian! The both of us spoke on how students in school used to mess with our names! My name is Treva & they called me golden retreva in school! He told us the students messed with him also, about his last name, Ankey! That got us! We are a laughing family & Jordan's since of humor, stole us! I would prefer anyone to go look & buy a car(s) @ Kia of Cleveland..So if you're looking for a car a go to KOC & ask for Jordan Ankey! He's the #1 stunner!lol More
DON'T BUY A CAR HERE!! THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEM!! I purchased a used car from them in March 2019 with full assurance that it was safe & completely serviced & ready to go. Now in September 2019 I'm a w I purchased a used car from them in March 2019 with full assurance that it was safe & completely serviced & ready to go. Now in September 2019 I'm a women in her 50's stuck alone on the side of I-75. I was left on hold for over 25 minutes before a service person got on the phone to talk w/me!!! The car had to be towed to the dealership where they assured me they would make it right. They called the next day and confirmed that there was NO OIL in the engine whatsoever!!! AND admitted that no leak could be found. Thus - either they never put enough oil in it before sending it home with us or this had extreme engine problems. I'm not a mechanic but my husband has worked on cars & trucks for nearly 30 years, He came with me to meet with the GM, John Davis, John was very friendly and listened and re-assured that they would "Make it right." We decided to trade in the car because my husband didn't want me stuck on I-75 ever again. After looking at several autos & driving some we found one we REALLY liked and John Davis spoke w/us again & said they would make the numbers work AND give us 3 days after the sale to make sure we loved it. The finance guy Brandon, drug his feet and made up excuses about not knowing the TVFCU guidelines. Thus, we were forced to go home w/o the car. Called 9:36 am and 10:08 am the next morning & re-confirmed we wanted the car and would be there after I got off work. I already had a pre-approval certificate from my credit union. That very day they sold the car to someone else before I could get off work & go there!!! DON'T BUY A CAR HERE - GO ELSEWHERE!! More

The dealership told us several times that they were waiting to hear from Kia about any software updates to fix it and would let us know. When I finally contacted Kia Consumer Affairs about it, I was told that the dealership had already attempted to fix it with software updates prior to our purchase. This was not disclosed to us and the hesitation or shift issue is still there. So the Kia of Cleveland dealership has now decided to call it a characteristic of the Sorento and closed out the service call. I filed a complaint today with the BBB, as this is not satisfactory in a new car. It may very well cost me dearly when I am ready to trade or sell the car and the potential buyer notes the hesitation or "miss", or jerking sensation upon acceleration. More
