I bought my new Rio5 back in April 2012 so I'm a little late on giving my review because I'm in graduate school at the moment. I first went to the Kia dealership in Chattanooga and was treated pretty poorl late on giving my review because I'm in graduate school at the moment. I first went to the Kia dealership in Chattanooga and was treated pretty poorly (see the review I wrote for this dealership). I came up to Cleveland knowing what I wanted--a black Kia Rio5 with every option you can get. They did not have one in stock but with the help of James Hargraves, my excellent sales person, I was referred to Benny Hamby. Benny was on the phone calling several dealerships to find my car for over 5 hours (James kept me company the whole time). When Benny finally found one in North Carolina, I was so excited! Jeff Lawson then took over--I had already arranged financing thru my credit union. He thought he could get me an even lower rate on a car loan so I said have at it and he did! I cannot say enough about this dealership--they are truly wonderful and when I need another car, I will definitely be back. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!!
