Very poor service They told me that they could get me the vehicle I wanted but it was at a different lot. I made an appointment to get the vehicle and they called to ve They told me that they could get me the vehicle I wanted but it was at a different lot. I made an appointment to get the vehicle and they called to verify I was coming in. When I got there they informed me they didn't have the vehicle and was very rude. They tried to sell me a car but I had repeatedly told them I had to have a third row vehicle because I have 5 children. The sales guy and his supervisor both became very rude when I told them I couldn't buy anything unless it had a third row. I would not recommend them to anyone. I went to riverchase kia and they put me in the vehicle I wanted and was very friendly through the whole process. More

Kia of Auburn is the best!!! We recently bought a Kia Sportage for our daughter. She loves her new car!!! Kia of Auburn was excellent in every aspect of the buying process. Maurice our salesman was wondeful he was very helpful and informative without being pushy. The finance guys were awesome also and made sure we got a great price and good financing!! The whole process was very efficient which I appreciate as I have a busy schedule . I dont think I've ever bought a car start to finish that quickly! Quick - Easy - Stress Free Purchase We were greeted as soon as we drove on the lot, but with no pressure... just a friendly greeting to see if we wanted to see something specific. Jason took us to the previously owned Sorrento's I was wanting to see. He told me the differences in the vehicles but did not try to steer me towards a specific vehicle. When it came time to start talking money and options, still no pressure. Even all the signing went quicker than I am used to when purchasing a car. I drove off the lot with exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. I would highly recommend Kia of Auburn. More

That being said, everything horrible I had been told up to this point was proven wrong by an honest, hard working friendly salesperson, Brandon Gray.
