Friendly, honest people. My wife and I wanted to trade in our Hyundai Elantra for a Kia Sorento as our kids are getting bigger and the Elantra feels smaller and smaller. I loo My wife and I wanted to trade in our Hyundai Elantra for a Kia Sorento as our kids are getting bigger and the Elantra feels smaller and smaller. I looked around the Kia of Auburn website, and wound up filling out some "request more info" form. This was on a Saturday night, around 8:00 PM. Within half an hour of my filling out the form I got a text message from Taylor Rowell, who set up an appointment with me for the following week. Taylor stayed in touch with me, not in an obnoxious or pushy way, but just in a ready-to-answer any question I had. He was very accommodating with my work schedule, and even rescheduled our meeting when I had a conflict. When we arrived on the lot my wife and I were greeted and welcomed within seconds of getting out of the car. The gentleman who met us went and got Taylor for us and from that moment forward we had Taylor's undivided attention. Taylor and his manager, Luigi Cellupica, sat down with us and really worked through what we could afford and what we could not afford. I was surprised at how willing they were to find a way for us to afford the vehicle that we wanted. The whole time we were there, I never felt like I was being played, or like Taylor or Luigi were using negotiating tactics to scam me. I felt like they genuinely cared about our transportation needs and budget restrictions. I have bought several cars in the past 12 years, and I'm sure I'll buy several more in the next 12. As long as I'm within a reasonable distance from Kia of Auburn I will be buying all my future vehicles from them. Trust goes a long way with me, and they certainly earned every bit of it. I would recommend Kia of Auburn to anyone looking for an honest person to buy a car from. More
