Best example of what a dealership should be Kia of Auburn has the best overall service and staff from reception to sales to management and their service department. Although I live out of town, Kia of Auburn has the best overall service and staff from reception to sales to management and their service department. Although I live out of town, all of my service appointments have been and will continue to be with them. Vehicles too if at all possible. After all I just got my second one from them. Big thanks to the entire staff for making anyone that comes through your doors feel like family. I was using CarGurus to find a vehicle, and the perfect vehicle came up, and it just happened to be at Kia of Auburn, I was notified by Andrew Garcia the very next day, and that same day I purchased the car. There was no pressure, and he helped me out every step of the way. The car had a few issues, but they kept me informed through calls and text on the status of the repairs and when I should get the car back. While my car was in service, they always gave me a rental, and kept the gas tank full for me. The service team always stayed in contact and made sure that everything was perfect before the car was back into my possession. I could go on all day about how good the team and Andrew are down at Kia of Auburn are. Everyone should purchase their vehicle from there. And the lifetime powertrain warranty put the icing on the cake! More
