Lied, nearly destroyed my car, then lied again I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. After they had "finished" I noticed the tire rotation had not been done (I had recently replaced the I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. After they had "finished" I noticed the tire rotation had not been done (I had recently replaced the driver's side front tire with a different brand, and that tire had not moved from it's driver's side front position). When I brought it up, I was told the mechanic said he rotated the tires (in other words, he lied). 3,000 miles later I happen to notice a puddle of oil under the car. I checked and found the oil was down one court. I suspected the same mechanic who had lied about the tire rotation neglected to properly secure the drain plug. After taking it back in, according to them, it was a "bad drain plug gasket" (I don't believe this, but whatever). Even if it's true, they could have killed my engine by using a faulty gasket (I am more inclined to think the mechanic simply failed to secure the drain plug, just as he failed to rotate the tires, and also failed to give me a new oil change reminder sticker). They are blaming the part (which they installed). When I posted a negative review on the Better Business Bureau, the manager doubled-down with the lie about the tire rotation, claiming EVERYONE at the garage says the tire rotation occurred, and implied that I was lying. However, when I went back in after finding the oil leak, the woman at the counter told me that the mechanic who lied about the tire rotation was "spoken firmly to about it." So if its' true that "everyone" at the garage, then why would the service clerk tell me this? He also was very nonchalant about the oil leak, which was really far more important that the tire rotation. I can never go there again (unless I decide to go in and cash on the free inspection and detailing they still owe me since buying the car last year). More

I shopped around and made some calls and stopped over at Kia of E. Syracuse. Definitely worth the trip! The folks there are a breath of fresh air in knowing that my vehicle was not in need of a costly repair and that there was no safety issue at all. The service manager Mike was the best, very courteous and went above and beyond and allowed me to check out my vehicle on the lift I met Dimitris who explained what was going on and what was definitely NOT going on... They were very reasonable with the fee in repairing what "only needed to be done." I found that I have been misled and certainly overcharged in the past. Very pleased. I'll be back for all service/repairs and my next Kia! More

Just had my Sorrento in for service and I was only 8 miles over my extended warranty plan. My carrier was not going to cover the extensive “rear wheel drive” (not Kia), EIGHT MILES?! Anthony spent endless hours with this company and personally wrote a letter pleading to approve the $1500.00 cost. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and Eduardo is one of the most pleasant salesmen to speak with. I’ve had such great experiences with both of my Sorrento’s and Will always travel 50 miles round trip for their service!! More

Am very happy with my KIA! This is my second Kia from this dealership and when I was in the market for a new car, I came straight here. I am thrilled with how it performs. Jason is always willing to answer questions, and Gary was able to help finance the vehicle. I also have to say that when the battery died unexpectedly on my previous Kia, I got to the service area about 20 minutes before closing and they immediately helped me with a new battery and did not make me wait till the next day - Kudos to the service department! Pleased with all of my sales team. I encountered many of the team there at Kia and all of them were friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me with my many questions and concerns. Repairs I brought my Kia Soul in for a state inspection. If turned out that there were multiple problems that needed to be resolved, and the entire service te I brought my Kia Soul in for a state inspection. If turned out that there were multiple problems that needed to be resolved, and the entire service team was helpful and accommodating, making sure that I got the repairs I needed done and worked around my work schedule. They kept me updated and informed on the service, and were open and honest about the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend the service department!
