Took advantage of my wifes situation and could have cared less to make things right with the deal! I would not trust Dan or Matt to do what is right. less to make things right with the deal! I would not trust Dan or Matt to do what is right. More

I just purchased a new car. David Pistillo help me out to find a small vehicle that was gas efficient. He made it quick and easy and I couldn’t believe how fast I was able to drive out of there. Terrible Customer Service, because they lie; are unconcerned and un professional after purchase. I have purchased 2 Kia Sedonna's and 2019 & 2020, The first was totaled after 3 months, but the seco unconcerned and un professional after purchase. I have purchased 2 Kia Sedonna's and 2019 & 2020, The first was totaled after 3 months, but the second, so far the door handles have had to be replaced twice in a year, the windshield wiper motor completely died and manifold catalytic and exhust manifold need complete replacing. This, according to a service department that LIES. They continue to tell me I need new tires, after slightly a year, and are spurrious in their dealings, and flat out lie. I am still waiting for a printout of my history from them that was supposed to be mailed 2weeks ago, finally went and picked it up in person, yet they still say they mailed it. After speaking with the Dan Knoblock, manager, it's 4 days later and no return call after he said he would look into my concerns. Sadddddd Customer service is so important and i am now looking for a new dealership for service, and will very likely get out of my Kia, again. I had a 2017 Optima that i literally lost confindence in after not even two years; which I am now in a class action suit with KIA because of the poor performance of that model. BUT, Lies and poor custormers service - this dealership shouold be ashamed of themselves! More
My husband and I wanted to buy a new 2022 Car and we had a trade in. We just wanted to see what we could get for the trade. Before they would give us a trade in value they wanted to run our credit, which do a trade in. We just wanted to see what we could get for the trade. Before they would give us a trade in value they wanted to run our credit, which dont make any since. We were not going to buy a car if we didn't get what we wanted for the trade. Why ding our credit if we weren't buying anything. On top of that they asked how much we owed and they come back and said well you don't owe that much. So why ask if you already know how much we owe. I dont think its right that they can do that. This dealership plays alot of games. I did purchase a new vehicle that day at a different dealership and they didn't have to run my credit to get a trade in value. More
Avoid this dealership if you are looking for a transparent and fair deal. My wife and I were in the market for a new Kia Telluride for our growing family. After much research we called first to ha transparent and fair deal. My wife and I were in the market for a new Kia Telluride for our growing family. After much research we called first to have some questions answered: 1. We were told we could bring in our 2019 vehicle for trade and that it qualified for their "trade up to a Kia sales event" and the $3-4k "bonus" above KBB fair market value, 2. We were told we would receive this offer toward a build due to the fact Tellurides are in such hot demand and unavailable on most lots, including their own. Simple enough. We get to the dealership (after having made an appointment with a specific salesperson) and are passed off to another salesperson: Mark. If you have to work with Mark, beware: 1. He was completely uninterested in working with my family (we had our two boys with us). 2. He would not talk to my wife directly if I was away from the table. It is 2021. Women can negotiate deals, especially considering this is HER car, not mine. Absolutely ridiculous that he pulled this outdated move and refused to treat her with respect. 3. He claimed that their trade up/KBB deal was only offered for vehicles on their lot (despite the fact we were told otherwise on the phone). It felt like a bait-and-switch king of maneuver just to get us in the office. 4. After obvious discouragement we still wanted to look at different trim levels to see if we could strike a deal. At this point Mark was trying everything he could to NOT get us a deal. His attitude was visibly irritated and he did not listen actively at all, at times nearly getting up from the table and walking away! What salesperson does that?! Instead of listening to our needs/wants and showing empathy, Mark continued to try to push a specific vehicle that was coming to their lot sooner than a build and trying to frame this as a benefit to us. However, it was more expensive and we were perfectly fine waiting the 60-90 days for the build that WE wanted. He simply would not listen and continued to bring us numbers only for this vehicle. I could not believe that each time he returned from his manager's office he continued to push the same vehicle and wondered why we wanted a breakdown of prices on other trims. He also was hesitant to give us any details on our trade in, to the point I had to straight up ask for the trade in value. His response was, "oh, do you want that?" Umm yes Mark, that would be helpful. I could go on and on about how incredibly frustrating our experience was with Mark specifically but with Kia of East Syracuse as a whole. Bottom line is this: gimmicky sales techniques, old-fashioned/outdated sales approach with a complete lack of listening skills or empathy. Zero transparency and willingness to work with us to gain our business. Long story short, we went to Matthew's Kia of Clay on RT-31 and struck a deal with Jessica for a 2022 Kia Telluride EX AWD with Nightfall/Premium packages. We were relieved to get transparent pricing options on any and all trims and breakdowns we requested. Jessica and the sales managers were patient and worked with us throughout the whole process AND offered us a fair and generous trade-in value on our 2019 Jeep Compass. Highly recommend Matthew's over East Syracuse as you will not be taken advantage of or treated poorly. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Hopefully this will help anyone (especially families) looking for a new vehicle from one of these dealerships. More

We were given the wrong stock numbers. To make us feel better, they gave us 1 year of free service but the hours are week days only and no weekend hours or use the shuttle... LMAO... people do work ya know!! I can’t the day off for a darn polio change! Pretty bad offer at the end. Hardly a deal once we actually went to use. I was treated poorly but the finance manager and the owner Dan, seems to only really care about positive reviews. He ignores others for some reason. Pretty sad overall experience and I will never buy anything from this rinky dink dealership. I would love a call but doubt I will ever get one. More
