I went into the dealership on June 14th 2011, looking for a mini van. I sat down with Norm and talked about numbers and what i wanted to spend monthly. On Wednesday June 15th, Norm had called me to tell me that my credit was not the greatest and that I would need a co-signer, so I gave him my mothers number and he called right away. Thrusday I went to the dealership and talked about a differnt option. So I purchased a 2012 Kia Sedona. Norm and the other salesman were 100% awesome. I would totally recommend their services. I was ready to trade and found the soul to be what I was looking for. After I bought the soul I was invited to a seminar on the vehicle which was very informative and have nothing bad to say about the whole dealership. I would like to relate a story about the Kia Soul.My soul went on the HotRod power tour from chas. s.c.via cocoa beach fla thru ga,ala. tenn indiana,mich to the chevy proving grounds where my son in law was interviewed by hotrod tv and will be aired in July on their show around the 30th or 31st.It was put on the Mothers wax site also. Pretty good for a vehicle that is not a hotrod or a classic.Show corporate this info and make a commercial about it. More

I was over-whelemed when I was on my way for my service all, I had just finished bringing my grandsons surfing, and those boys had more sand on them than on the beach. No one can beat Kia Country in customer service. The day I was scheduled for service Charlie met me with a smile and personally walked me back to the service area. The service staff was very friendly and their quality of work far surpassed my expectations. Instead of dreading taking my car in for service, I look forward to it. Norm was not only friendly, but also did not exert too much pressure at any time, which led to a stress free deal. Overall, would definitely go back to purchase another car at some point. More
