I walked on to the dealership to have my aging Optima serviced but decided to walk around the lot while I was waiting. I fell in love with the new body style on the Sportage. We took a few trim levels for a test drive and then we finally found a price that worked for everyone and I got to drive my new baby home. I highly recommend Kia Country. And if you do go, ask for Frank, because he'll make you feel right at home with his low pressure approach to car sales. More

Courtney did an outstanding job communicating with us through the Internet and by phone. She told us that Jermaine would be expecting us that Saturday morning and the rest is history. It is well worth the 2 hour drive from our residence to go to Kia of Charleston. I believe that all car dealerships should take lessons from Kia of Charleston. They really set the bar that deserves to be praised. Frank is AMAZING! As a mother of a 22 month old son and not prepared to car shop, he was so helpful and patient with us. I had been looking quite sometime for the new Optima. I made a call on a Saturday night at 8:00PM to Kia Country and Sam answered. I asked if he had the car we wanted and he said he would look and call me made a call on a Saturday night at 8:00PM to Kia Country and Sam answered. I told him what I had to trade in and we made the deal on the phone. I have never bought a car this way. This was to easy. And on top of that, we are located 350 miles from Sam and he said he would deliver the car to us! What a great guy to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Thanks again. Mr. Jones referred us to Mr. Elijah Tucker after we decided that the repairs to the 02 would be too costly. Mr. Tucker asked some key questions and after determining what we were looking for and the parameters of our wishes, Mr. Tucker suggested several vehicles. We asked many questions and received straight answers.Mr. Tucker knew what our limitations were and worked very hard to get us approved after we decided to go for a 2005 Sedona. Mr. Tucker did not employ high pressure tactics to sell us a more expensive vehicle. My wife, Jan, and I believe that Mr. Jones and Mr. Tucker are definitely valuable assets to Kia Country.
