I have a 2010 Kia Soul - had a flat tire, so I took out jack, tire, lifted the car loosen the nuts, and what a nut that had a star on it, could not for the life of me know what that was all about. I called Kia, they told me it was a security lug nut, that the tool was in my glove box, I looked, and no it was not, looked all through the car, No lug nut tool--I called back, they say of Yes - I had one, I said Oh NO - I do not, my car is kept so clean, you can eat off the seats, so I know what is in my car. They told me I had Road Side assistance, and would send someone to get me---thank you Kia for taking care of me, as I am over 60-fat, and from the old school where you change your old tire. When I got to Kia, I was so overwhelmed, that I was coming un-glued, but their care, and professionalism took care of me, as they were booked solid. that is what I love about the Kia Family--they truly care about you. I went to the dealership to make this suggestion: When you purchase a new car, your excited - your signing paper work and all that stuff. Dealers should do a follow up call, to let you KNOW about you Have Road Side Assistance, You have a tool, and show it to, so you can touch it and see it. They need to also let you know that you can buy extra coverage, so when you get a un-fixalbe tire, it is a huge savings.. I DID NOT KNOW ALL OF THAT---I may have been told, but do not remember--this would of saved me lots of anxiety --I could of had a heart attack, I was so overwhelmed and hot. I know all that now, so I can make the necessary choices before it happens again. More

My husband and I started our search for a new Kia on the internet and after carefully looking at the sites of three different dealerships and calling at least one other dealership, we contacted Courtney by internet and after carefully looking at the sites of three different dealerships and calling at least one other dealership, we contacted Courtney by email. She searched her inventory, provided us with info on about 5 cars that that met our requirements, and quoted us a price on each. She explained all additional costs (tax and tags, etc.) so there were no surprises when we drove the 45 miles to Charleston. When we got to the dealership, we had already narrowed our search down to 3 cars, so making our choice was easy. Elijah showed us the cars we wanted to see, took us on a test drive, and answered all of our questions. Since it was a Sunday, he even had to wash the car himself (and it was HOT outside). Of course he said we were still entitled to the professional wash by their detail guys, so we can bring it back for a free wash anytime. How great is that!?! We are delighted!!!! More
I chose this dealer because I was in need of vehicle upon my arrival after 9 years overseas. After some extensive researching, I came across this dealership. All I can say is WOW!!! Courtney was extremely understanding to my situation and was more than willing to help me acquire a 2004 Cadillac SRX. She was also able to help me understand the history of the vehicle and we were able to negotiate a price that I was within my budget. Upon my arrival after 28 hours spent flying back to the U.S, I was greeted by Mone Ceaser. She picked me and my family up from the airport in the vehicle I was purchasing and even filled the gas tank up! She was very friendly, and walked me through the paperwork effortlessly and even printed the Carfax history report so that I had all the information necessary to make a good decision. I was able to drive within 3 hours of landing!!!!! I would definitley recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle as the customer service was superb. Courtney and Mone, thank you for your excellent service. It will not be forgotten. More
I have 2 Kias (Sprectra and Sorento)I have all of my service performed at the dealership. I cannot tell you how wonderful the entire staff is and has ALWAYS been. I hate dealing with cars and have nev service performed at the dealership. I cannot tell you how wonderful the entire staff is and has ALWAYS been. I just bought my first car, 2011 Kia Soul, in December of 2010. I have taken it on 5 trips, racked up some miles on it, and have been having a blast while driving it. I always love to hear people comment how much room the car has everytime people ride with me and to receive additional comments. The gas mileage is great and the car is fun and safe to drive. The dealership was great when I first purchased the car. I, of course, paid a little more than I was hoping but I guess that's part of the new car buying process. Charlie was very paitent and tried to find the best loan for me. I have got my oil changed 2 times now. While I have requested for a detailed wash both times but have been told there was not someone there to do it, the staff is amazingly nice and seems in tune with helping answer my questions. I have one complaint. The USB connector had to be specially bought from Kia to play music from an additional device. I just bought an Iphone4 and now have a process to go through just to play Pandora or music from my ipod. After telling the salesmen how much I love music and buying the new car with the added amazing sound system, I thought it would have at least been mentioned that I would have needed the special cord. It has been a pain. Other than that, my car rocks and I love it. More

I have really enjoyed my new Kia Sorento and my previous Sorento. The service area takes really good care of me when I come there, they are fast and I feel they do not take advantage of me. I searched high and low for a 2011 Kia Sorento with a manual transmission in Florida. I found several but couldn't get a good deal from any of the dealers based on it's limited availability. So I started to search outside of the state and came across Kia Country. I spoke with Courtney Lydecker in the beginning and she was a very sweet person to deal with. When we almost agreed to a deal, Sam Washington became involved. He said that he really wanted to earn my business. As per my request, we discussed only out-the-door prices. I told him my budget and he worked with me on getting me the best price. I agreed to his final offer and felt good about the purchase. Unfortunately, at the very last minute, a local dealer (within 150 miles) undercut their price by a couple hundred dollars. Taking into account airfare and hotel rates, I opted to go with this local dealer. But my overall experience dealing with Courtney and Sam was outstanding. Even the dealer I ended up purchasing the vehicle gave me attitude, as if he was doing me a big favor for giving me a good price. With Courtney and Sam, there was no pressure and everything was handled over the phone in a clear and transparent manner. I highly recommend these two individuals based on their professionalism and their courtesy. I only wish I could've given them the sale but my decision was purely a financial one. More
