Overall I was very satisfied with the purchase of my new Kia. The two employees I worked with (one on the phone Steve and the other in person Elijah) were very knowledgeable about the car. My experience was very good compared to a lot of other car dealers I could have gone to. I never felt like I was being pushed to do one thing or another. I was also able to trade my vehicle in for almost exactly what I owe on it which made my new purchase price even better. Elijah worked very hard to ensure I got the best price I could for my trade in and for the new car. There was some miscommunication between my request for a tow hitch and what they had in stock along with the cost. Otherwise a very good experience. I would highly recommend this dealership, Elijah and Steve. If you’re looking for a good car with no hassle then Kia Country of Charleston should be your first stop. More
