My husband looked for a Kia Sorento on-line through TRUECar. She was quite courteous and responded to our questions in a very timely manner. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by her and Sam Washington. Sam took us on a test drive, went over the vehicle explaining how the different options worked and wrote up the sale the same way it was stated on the email we had exchanged with Courtney. He even programmed our phones to the Bluetooth for us. Everything was taken care of within an hour and we were on our way. It was definately the best way to purchase this car. More

Norm was very pleasant and responsive to our needs/ desires and to the fact that I had just totaled our 2003 KIA Sedona the day before. My overall experience at Kia Country of Charleston was okay. Frank Classen was very nice and pleasant. He would be the main reason why I would go back to Kia Country of Charleston. On the other hand, Daniel Hensley could have been a bit more friendlier. The vehicle that I bought initially had a brake issue and I was told that new brakes would be installed before I came to pick up the vehicle. My decision to purchase the vehicle was contingent upon the brakes being replaced. After being told that the brakes were replaced, I went for another test drive only to find that the brakes were still squeaking and needed to be replaced. Before signing the paperwork, I had them issue a "We Owe" letter stating that they would fix the issue. Well, about a week later they fixed the issue. Three of the four tires on the car were apparently dry rotted. After bringing the issue to the attention of Daniel Hensley, he told me that they were not going to replace the tires and would only replace two of the four brakes. In fairness, after their service department replaced the brakes, the squeaking noise went away, but the tire noise was still really loud. Also, there was a dent in back of the car and initially they told me that they would fix it, then Daniel Hensley told me that he would not fix it, and told me that the repair cost was left up to me. As I stated in the beginning of the review, Frank Classen is one of the main reasons why I would even consider going back to Kia Country of Charleston. He is one of the most genuine salesman I have ever met. He was very nice and treated me with respect. More
Melissa was so nice and extremely helpful. She could not get my vehicle fixed the day I was in due to the extensive work that needed to be done and scheduled it for 2 days later with a loaner car for me to get my vehicle fixed the day I was in due to the extensive work that needed to be done and scheduled it for 2 days later with a loaner car for me to use while it was being worked on. They fixed my sunroof perfectly and now my ride is so quiet!! Mitch was also very friendly and courteous. I feel Melissa went above and beyond and was very profession and courteous. It was a very nice experience in the service department. More

Best experience Ive ever had buying a new car from a dealership! Our salesman, Jermaine White, was attentive but not pushy, sincerely pleasant, and consistently knowledgeable. I have dealt with Kia Country for 3 years now and have had only the Best from the dealership. Anytime I have ever called to get my car in for service or if I have a problem they get me right in and are very helpfull. My husband and I bought a New 2012 Kia Sorento and less than 2 weeks went right back to Kia Country and got a new 2012 Kia Forte for our son. The staff at Kia Country makes you feel very comfortable and they treat you as if you are family instead of just another customer. Hats off to the BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE LOW COUNTRY!!! More
A replacement part was ordered for my 2011 Kia Soul. Once in, I made an appointment to bring my car in. Unfortunately, the part received was not the correct part for my model Soul. My only concern was I have taken off work twice to bring the car in for the service manager to look at the problem and for the appointment to replace the part. I have been advised that the part must be replace during the weekday hours and not on Saturdays when I am off due the possible complexity of the work order. More
