A very "no pressure" type of atmosphere. Two visits and felt no pressure whatsoever. I do feel Norm worked hard to get me what I wanted, at the price I needed. Very pleased with my vehicle. I contacted Courtney Lydecker online. She was amazing to work with me for weeks while I was trying to get time to come down from Columbia to purchase my SECOND Kia Sedona EX Van from Kia of Charleston. The dealer in Columbia can no way compete in friendliness nor genuine interest in the customer. My first van had right at 100,000 miles on it. My husband and I finally got down to Charleston about 4:30PM today and met Courtney first, then she turned us over to Jeff Litowitz. We knew exactly what we wanted, an updated version of our 2006 Sedona. We also wanted a beautiful RED (Valentine's was next day). We made the deal while they were getting the new van ready to go with us. Jeff told us there was a lot of difference in the 2006 and the 2012. BOY, was he right. The new one really has a lot of power! There were some changes that I was not pleased with (pull out tray that would hold 2 LARGE cups had been replaced with a small pull-out drawer, the tray with 4 cup holders had been minimized by not allowing the tray to be expanded, and one of the two "glove compartments" had been deleted). I can live with those things, though I already miss them. They seem so picky once I wrote about it! Great experience again with Kia Country of Charleston. More
I did my research on line and decided to visit the dealerships that were at the top of my list in person. I had already visited all the other dealers and had decided to buy the Ford, when I started d dealerships that were at the top of my list in person. I had already visited all the other dealers and had decided to buy the Ford, when I started driving toward KIA. I almost didn't even go. I was tired and had already decided to buy the Ford. I even pulled into a strip mall intending to turn around and go home when I noticed the address on a storefront. The KIA dealership was only three blocks away, and a car is a big purchase. I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Tired or not, I was going to check out all the cars on the list. Norm L'Heureux was professional, informed and personable. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and offered more options than I expected at the price I was willing to pay. I was very pleased with the car, pleased with the options, pleased with the deal and with the experience. I went home to discuss the purchase with my husband. I called Norm at 9:30pm to make sure I understood the offer. I called him again at 9:00am the next day to tell him I would sign the papers that afternoon. I don't know when he sleeps. He definitely went the extra mile and changed my mind. I love the KIA. More

That evening I visited the dealership and Courtney transferred me to Sam Washington. I can't say enough good things about Sam - very unassuming and friendly; the kind of guy you feel like you've known for a while. While I HATE the car buying process, Sam made it one of my best experiences. The bottom line is that both sides of the deal (salesman/buyer) want to walk away satisfied and feel like they were not taken advantage of. I believe Sam and Kia Country epitomize this behavior. Without hesitation I would tell anyone to visit Kia Country of Charleston. Hopefully I will not be purchasing another vehicle any time soon, but when I do, if it's a Kia, I won't look anywhere else. When looking into advertised deal, make sure someone you are working with writes down deal and you receive a copy, as when we spoke with the financial manager, he was not clear on how we would get our rebate check, and either was our salesperson, so we did not leave until we had our agreement in writing. Overall, good experience and car is wonderful. Would recommend a Kia Sorento to anyone. More
Started off with an Internet quote, with Jermaine who was wonderful. We were not even sure if we were serious yet but we went to the dealership just look around. Now I own a Kia Soul, yes in that funky green too, and I love it!!! Elijah helped us and was super fantastic, and happy to answer all of my questions. He really wanted to make us happy, infact everyone was did. We got a fair trade in price and a great price on our new car. It's a very clean and inviting environment. We didn't have to be there for hours either!!! There was no pressure and Elijah was very upfront with us, which is exactly what I wanted. If I know someone looking for a new car and a great deal, I will denfinatly be sending them to Kia Country of Charleston!!! Did I say how happy I am?? More
