Both My Wife and I were very pleased with the Price of the Car. The Salesperson, Mone Ceasar, was very Knowledgeable and Friendly. We both felt she was more concerned with helping us find the right car and not about making just another sale. We had been shopping daily for over three weeks and spoke with more than 50 Salesman. Ms. Ceasar stood out from all the rest with her product knowledge and willingness to help us get the best value for our money. She is highly recommended to anyone looking for a new car. Shopping at KIA Country was a great experience. I especially liked that they did not add-on all the "dealer extras" to increase thier profit margins such as Nitrogen in the tires (Most Dealers in the Charleston area do that), a paint and fabric protection Package (Most Dealers in the Charlston Area do that also), $300.00 mudflaps (Sorry Hyundai), Extra money for locks on the wheels (Sorry Honda), Theft Protection ie: engraving VIN Numbers on all the windows, and of course Application processing fees to fill out their paperwork. This was by far the best car buying experience so far. More

Elijah even came to my work location and had my trade in appraised. He brought me the perfect Sorento to test drive. As a single mom with a tight schedule, I really appreciated the excellent customer service. It was so smooth, just like placing an order and having it delivered. Literally the next day! Elijah got me the right price, color and features, all by my birthday that weekend! and he brought it to me! I couldn't be happier. He and Jermaine answered all my questions. Elijah even helped ensure my son's carseat was properly installed before I left and walked me through all the new functions, (more than once!) Actually, so did Harry. My 2005 Kia Sorento died after 6 good years and over 220,000 miles.
