We bought our 2011 Sportage in November 2010 with Paul (not their anymore) and had a decent experience. He was very nice, but did not show me or tell me anything about the vehicle. I had to ask all the qu (not their anymore) and had a decent experience. He was very nice, but did not show me or tell me anything about the vehicle. I had to ask all the questions and figure stuff out on my own. Brian in fiance was great. Every time we've had to take it in to get serviced or fixed Mitch has taken good care of me and id very friendly. More

We had a great experience with Brad. He was not working the day we test drove the vehicle so he arranged for Harry to help us. Brad responded promptly to all my emails. The vehicle that we wanted was not the day we test drove the vehicle so he arranged for Harry to help us. Brad responded promptly to all my emails. The vehicle that we wanted was not on the lot so Brad arranged to have it picked up for us. I had mentioned to Brad that I would be going on a long road trip in a couple of days, so he made sure I had my new Sorento for the trip. All of the paperwork was ready when we arrived.It was a very smooth process. Before we left the lot, Brad explained all of the features of the vehicle. Thanks to Brad, Harry, and the entire Kia of Charleston team. More

My family has purchased our last 5 cars from Kia Country. However, I must say that my last vist was the best of them all. That is why I have given them the rating that I did. My wife and I are a 2 Kia car family. Courtney was very pleasant & friendly to work with. After I sent an email at 10 PM on Sunday she responsed with an email on Monday morning followed by a phone call. At which time she had located the Sorento EX I was interested in. After a few questions for me she returned her phone call in a matter of minutes with a price quote. I had to drive about 150 miles to the dealership & she held the car for me. At which time she had Sam go over the car with me to explain all the functions. I was please to be able to drive my new Sorento EX home that night which saved me another 150 mile trip. Jeremy was also very friendly to work with. My overall expereince was excellent. More
