Frank Classen was absolutely wonderful. Frank took time with me and explained everything I asked. As a new resident to South Carolina I had researched Kia dealers. I was absolutely overwhelmed by the thoug with me and explained everything I asked. As a new resident to South Carolina I had researched Kia dealers. I was absolutely overwhelmed by the thought of buying a new car. However the patience and friendliness of Frank and all the other staff who worked with me was unbelievable! I had no idea what I had to do to trade in my 2006 Sorento,get new plates and register a car in a new state.The thought of dealing with the motor vehicle department in a new state was quickly put to rest by Frank. Frank explained to me how "Kia Country" takes all the stress out of this ordeal! What a relief! The day of pick up of my new 2013 Soul was not stressful but exciting. I knew everything was taken care of...including my 90 day check up of my new car.Frank introduced me to the staff in the service department. I know exactly where and when to bring my new car in! Wow! The best car buying experience ever! Thank you so much. As a widow this was my first experience of buying a new car. I have heard horror stories on how a single woman can be taken for a ride when purchasing a car! Not so with Frank as your salesmen and Kia Country as your dealer. Recently went to Kia Country looking for a newer vehicle. When I arrived on the lot i received a warm welcome from Frank. His first question to me when i arrived was "how are you doing today?". That made me feel as though i was more than just a customer, because every other dealership that i went to i was asked "are you looking to buy a new or used car?". Though my initial selection was a little out of my price range Frank was very knowledgeable in finding the right car for me. He went out of his way to make contact on numerous occasions with me and my fiance to make sure that the decision i was making was one that i would be happy with for a long time to come. I appreciate all the effort that Frank made to get within my price range and i am very satisfied with the final selection i made of a 2013 Kia optima. Thank you frank, for all of your assistance in making this happen. You have definitely made a friend out of this deal and i look forward to checking in with you from time to time to see how things are going. Overall rating of customer satisfaction from me is 110 on a scale of 100. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car to go see him. Awesome salesman. More
I have been in the market to buy a car for the last several months and had spoken with several dealerships in the area but just didn't feel right.. then i came across a kia sorento and immediately fell several months and had spoken with several dealerships in the area but just didn't feel right.. then i came across a kia sorento and immediately fell in love with the room and luxury of it. I first came across Courtney in an email after i had submitted to the Kia Country site in hopes of them being able to help. When I went to the lot to look at it Courtney introduced us to frank. We were welcomed with a warm smile and immediately felt that we were in the right place. Though my first choice didnt live up to expectations frank was very helpful in finding a car for me. Through those numerous emails and phone calls that went back and forth over several days i had built a basic confidence in the fact that he knew what he was doing. I was sent several selections and we worked together in finding one that may be to my exact needs for travel to work and carrying the family on long trips. We went through the list of vehicles that i was considering before i came across the one that i knew was meant for me. The whole while he still made me feel important, like top priority.. never rushed or put off. When we finally found the right one frank explained, in detail, all of the features the vehicle had; he made sure I knew what I was purchasing. I was very pleased with his knowledge of everything and his ability to make it personal, not just another business transaction. My overall experience with kia country was excellent and i would highly recommend any of my friends to see frank when they are in the market for a new car. This is my first Kia and i already feel as though it is one of the best selections of a car that i have ever made. I was very happy with my salesman, Frank Classen. When I first began shopping/researching a new vehicle, I knew I wanted to get rid of my minivan (it was 9 years old) but wasn't sure what to get. At several other dealerships I had visited, the sales people always started by asking me, "Do you want leather? Do you want chrome wheels?" etc. Honestly, what impressed me about Frank was he said, "What are you going to be using the car for? How many people will usually be riding in it? Adults or kids?" etc.These were much more important considerations for me than the color of the car!He was really interested in getting me into the RIGHT car for my family needs. He also suggested I research the vehicles online and evaluate safety, etc. and not just take someone's word. He was very friendly and never pushy.I ended up with just the right car and at a VERY good price. Would definitely recommend both my salesman, Frank, and the KIA Country dealership.Many thanks!! More

My dealership experience was very relaxed, with no pressure,and I got an AWESOME deal on my new Kia Soul! I chose to purchase from Kia Country of Charleston due to the quality sales associate, the large number of cars in inventory to chose from, and the fact the Kia Soul perfectly matches my needs and personality. I was looking for a new Kia, I was on line with a few local dealerships in and around Macon, Ga. area with trying to find what I was looking for in a Kia Sorento, I was unable to find the color with the local dealerships in and around Macon, Ga. area with trying to find what I was looking for in a Kia Sorento, I was unable to find the color with the options I wanted and within My price Range. I called Kia Country of Charleston and spoke to Mr. Frank Classen I told him what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. Within 2 Hours He called Me back and told me that He located a car with the options I wanted and the price was lower than the other dealerships I spoke to. Mr. Classen found Me the car He delivered it personally to My home in Milledgeville, Georgia on arrival we completed all paper work, I am very satisfied with the way Kia Country and Frank Classen went above and beyond. Robert Short was very persistant in geting me to come into the dealership after a casual inquiry online. Courtney was extremely friendly and professional in her dealings with me when I got to the facility and turned me over to Elijah Tucker to help me find the vehicle that suited my needs and budget. Elijah was such a nice, friendly, professional salesman. He immediately put me at ease. He listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was and helped me locate the perfect vehicle. Elijah was not the "typical car salesman". I would highly recommend him and everyone at Kia Country of Charleston for their vehicle needs. They truly are a great team and make the car buying process both easy and enjoyable. More
