Was extremely happy when my husband came back from Afghanistan so we could travel from Ft. Leonardwood Missouri back to SC to go to Kia Country of Charleston of buy and pickup my new Kia Forte Koup! Initially I felt that as the customer I was not made aware of the incentives that were available on a new vehicle. After several stops and starts to purchase the vehicle, we finally were able to commun aware of the incentives that were available on a new vehicle. I came in asking for Elijah due to how helpful he was with her. He did not rush me and even mentioned different cars I might like to look at. He was not in a hurry and did not pressure me in any way. I worked with Robert thru the internet. He sent me a price quote and answered questions, but I wasn't ready to buy just yet. He sent emails to stay in touch with me, but was never pushy. When I was ready to test drive, Robert wasn't there, so Courtney took over and introduced me to Sam. I was thrilled. Sam told me all about the Sorento, explained how everything worked then let me drive the car. He answered every question I had and let me take my time. They gave me the price Robert had quoted in my first email! I have recommended them and will continue to do so. They are a great team. Even when I had to turn around to ask another question, Sam was right there waiting for me. I have been back since I purchased my car and everyone, all the sales people, recognized me and called me by name. I felt like I had come home. You just don't get customer service like that now.
