I purchased 2 new cars Kia Optima, 2013s, from dealership...Harry Bannister salesperson...within 4 months of each other. I thought the prices were competitive and fair and after purchasing the fir dealership...Harry Bannister salesperson...within 4 months of each other. I thought the prices were competitive and fair and after purchasing the first Optima I was pleased with the ride and the mpg and and comments I received from friends about the cars' body style. Harry was very easy to work with ... he is soft spoken but firm in his opinion. I had several questions for Harry, some by phone and some by email and he promptly responded. I have never liked going into a dealership to buy new or used vehicle because of the 'hassling' with prices and the pressure to buy but I did not feel pressure from Harry (don't know about other salespeople at the dealership). I am very pleased with service so far. I would only make one suggestion to KIA...the post-marketing follow up to track customers satisfaction seems a little excessive (too many phone calls at late hours or weekends, too many emails and too many surveys to complete). Of course the surveys are voluntary but if you don't complete then they keep being requested. I give Harry a Big 10 (more than a High 5) !!! More

My mother and I went to Kia Country on a Friday morning to test drive a new 2013 Soul.
