After purchasing 4 vehicles from Kia Country I have gotten use to great service and the last visit was no exception. I dropped the '12 Optima off for a standard service and in my rush failed to mentio gotten use to great service and the last visit was no exception. I dropped the '12 Optima off for a standard service and in my rush failed to mention to Mitch to check the battery for me since I had noticed the engine seemed to be a bit sluggish when it was being started. The service team as part of the inspection discovered the battery was in need of replacement and where able to warranty it for me. Had I not been servicing the vehicle at the dealership I most likely would have purchased a battery. Great service guys. Thanks for taking care of my car. More

I went to this dealership for two reasons, I have bought a car from them in the past and had a great experience then, and I wanted to test drive the new Optima as well, which in my opinion is the best looki a car from them in the past and had a great experience then, and I wanted to test drive the new Optima as well, which in my opinion is the best looking car on the road in it's class! I was greeted by Ken who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles he had on the lot. I told him very frankly what I wanted, what I could afford, and what kind of deal I was looking for. Ken honestly worked very hard to find me the right car, in my price range, even though we both knew I couldn't afford a new Optima, but he could tell I wanted one BAD! Just as I was about ready to give up hope on finding the right car, Ken wanted to give it one more try and was not going to let me leave unsatisfied, but was not pushy in any way. We must have looked at 10 different cars on the lot and went over many real-life scenarios that one sometimes seems to forget about while shopping for a new car. He truly knew and respected my boundaries and after a little hard digging he found me the perfect car! It actually surprised me that the exact car I had in my head that I wanted the whole time was right there on the lot, and Ken found it! Not only that, he made a sweet deal for me! Overall, Ken was great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and found the car I wanted. I would highly recommend a KIA to anyone, and definitely recommend this dealership!
