Outstanding Service to my 2003 Kia Sorento Kia Country has proven there ability to provide exceptional service to my Kia. There goal is to satisfy customers and having you wanting to come back Kia Country has proven there ability to provide exceptional service to my Kia. There goal is to satisfy customers and having you wanting to come back or at least that's how I felt when I came in with my engine light on and was afraid that it would come back on when I left but low and be hold the top leading mechanic made sure that my time and money would not go to waste. Used Chevy from Kia Country I recently purchased a used 2006 Chevy Trailblazer from Kia Country and I was very pleased with their service. Corey Sullivan made it happen for me. H I recently purchased a used 2006 Chevy Trailblazer from Kia Country and I was very pleased with their service. Corey Sullivan made it happen for me. He was not pushy and let me take my time making decisions. Corey even took the afternoon to ride with me to my mechanic to have the vehicle inspected before I committed. Corey did a great job of listening to what it was I was looking for and guiding me toward that purchase, not toward something I was not interested in. He made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed thoroughly and honestly. Corey was very customer service focused and seemed to be looking out for my best interests, which made it an extremely easy and stress-free purchase. The only reason I am listing price as less than 5 stars is, after we navigated down to a reasonable price, I was required to drop a couple of service requests (trans flush and interior shampoo) recommended by my mechanic. Should that service have been included, I would give them 5's across the board. Overall it was a very good experience and I will now recommend Corey to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the Charleston area! More

Great Experience! I had a strong interest in the 2015 Kia Sorento's. I started by going to Kia Country's website, checking out their inventory, etc. A Live Chat box p I had a strong interest in the 2015 Kia Sorento's. I started by going to Kia Country's website, checking out their inventory, etc. A Live Chat box popped up and that allowed me to ask questions. And I had a lot of questions! Courtney was such a pleasure to work with via chat and email. I made an appointment to see her on Saturday and after chatting with her for a few minutes, she introduced me to Frank Classen. Frank is very knowledgeable of the Sorento's and led me to the exact car I wanted. He showed me all of the many features and showed me how to work everything in the car. We went for a test drive and that was it. I wanted that car. They appraised my trade in, we went back and forth a little bit on what I felt I deserved on my trade, and the purchase price, etc. Frank got me right where I needed to be to make me comfortable with my purchase and the Sorento became my new car. They detailed my new car and Frank even put in a full tank of gas! And he called me on Monday morning first thing to see how I was liking my new car and if I had any questions. All and all my buying experience at Kia Country in Charleston, SC was a very satisfying experience! More
Negative Customer Experience I am disappointed to say that I am not interested nor will be in the future in buying from this dealer (Kia Country of Charleston) anymore because of I am disappointed to say that I am not interested nor will be in the future in buying from this dealer (Kia Country of Charleston) anymore because of the way I was treated by the manager that evaluated my sales opportunity. I do want to point out that the sales representative (Ken Hines) that worked with me was very helpful and we did have a good customer experience with him, however the experience with Mr. Hensley was so bad that it made me decide to go to another dealer to buy my new vehicle. Mr. Hensley was very disrespectful in his approach to me which created a real bad customer experience to the point that I felt discriminated by him. He insinuated that I did not have the financial resources to buy the car I was interested in and he really made a bad impression about the way this organization treats new customers. He also talked down to me as though I wasn't smart enough to negotiate a deal, something that was possibly driving from my young age appearance. Further, he even tried to sale me a defective vehicle that was brought in without going through the certified mechanical inspection, something that puts at risk customer quality standards. I was referred by USAA to this dealer via their car buying services and this company was supposed to be rated as the number one choice. After my experience I really question how this company has such a high rating with having people like Mr. Daniel Hensley working for it. His behavior puts the company's reputation in question. That same day I visited more than three dealers and In all of the other places that I visited I was treated with dignity and respect having a great overall customer experience. As a matter of fact I went to another Kia dealer (Strokes Kia) after visiting this one and bought the same exact vehicle that I was offered by the sales representative at a lower price and in better conditions. More
