My New Forte! One week ago, I went to the Kia dealership looking for a new vehicle. My car was over 11 years old and I desperately needed something new! When I dr One week ago, I went to the Kia dealership looking for a new vehicle. My car was over 11 years old and I desperately needed something new! When I drove up on the lot, Dave immediately came out and showed me several Fortes on the lot. I test drove one and fell in love with it. However, my credit wasn't the best and I really didn't think I would have a chance in ever driving off with a new vehicle. Well, Dave got to work and got me into a beautiful 2014 Kia Forte that drives like a dream! My payments are really affordable and I am over the moon with delight. I don't think you could find a more helpful group of sales associates than these guys. From the general manager to the internet dealer and Dave, this crew is simply the best! Chelsea Rowlands made sure the car was inspected and battery installed. she and the tech didnt even laugh at me when i couldnt figure out how to make the windshield wiper fluid work! Mr Mitch Jones has a fine staff working with him! we will be back for all our kia needs! More

Grateful and impressed Arrived from out of town trip to Charleston airport on Good Friday to discover dead battery in my Brand New Kia purchased in Tallahassee, Florida. Wi Arrived from out of town trip to Charleston airport on Good Friday to discover dead battery in my Brand New Kia purchased in Tallahassee, Florida. With a new part unable to arrive until the following Monday afternoon, interfering with my nonrefundable follow-up plans, Chelsea stepped up to enable a battery "on hand," to replace the one in my car. Even though I had NOT purchased my car at the Charleston dealer, they had it ready for me first thing Monday morning, let me leave without the paperwork (which I received in the mail today!) and of course, no charge--as this vehicle was so new it has not even had it's first required oil change! I had been reluctant to acquire a vehicle requiring service only at Kia dealers but the prompt, caring, efficient response as well as number and location of convenient Kia service centers has greatly increased my comfort level. I also received a call upon my trip home yesterday insuring the Kia was operating smoothly. Thank you Kia Network!! More

We decided to go the Kia dealership and it was definitely the best decision we could possibly make.
