Well, it used to be a nice dealership I've called a number of times to retrieve an offer on a new Soul Turbo. Each time I was told they had been busy but would get right back to me. I initiated more calls than I would for any other business because I've purchased from this dealership in the past and typically get my vehicle serviced here as well, but they must think I'm not worth the time. EDIT: The dealership contacted me after they discovered this review. I'm convinced had they not seen a negative review, they would have never reached out at all. Originally, I wanted an offer to buy a new Turbo Soul during a sale in which KIA Country was advertising that they would make payments in addition to payments KMF would make to total a year's worth of payments before I needed to begin making payments. I called multiple times during this sale, and never received a call back. They finally called back after the sale had ended, and only because I had posted my original review. In an attempt to make things up, they made an offer for a Soul Turbo with Tech package at $24198 and making payments for me through Jan. 2018. All I wanted was for them to honor the original sale that I tried to take advantage of which was no payments for 1 year. They would not honor that. Their offer instead was to make the payments through Mar. 2018. I decided I would accept this. But wait, there's more. Then the price became $26420. Which was a steal at a mark-down from their advertised price of $29584. Mind you, KIA's MSRP for a Turbo Soul with Tech Package is $26695. Even better, the TrueCar Average for the Turbo Soul with Tech Package is $23818. (This is not looking like such a great deal anymore.) A nearby competitor has this model listed for $24770 Then, to add insult to injury, this special offer then included payments through Feb. 2018. Wouldn't even honor the original offer I agreed to which included payments through Mar. 2018. Now, I'm sure given the fact that they respond to every review, they will have something to say. But guys, it really was pretty simple in the beginning to have another thoroughly satisfied customer here, but I can't abide by bait-and-switch and other nasty tactics like have been employed here this time. More
