I don't remember, at any time during the buying process, where I was pressured or made to feel as if I needed to "hurry & make a decision" because of the time. He told me "you tell me what you can do & we'll either work it out or not". This may sound very much to-the-point but, it was honesty & I appreciated it. During the past year, my financial situation had changed & I was made to feel that he understood that. I've dealt with salesman before that have tried to talk you into something even when it wasn't a doable situation. That wasn't the case here. Todd Carson heard what I said I have not purchased a car since 1999. Kia was the 4th dealership that I visited in my 2017 quest for a car. None of the other salespeople were pers I have not purchased a car since 1999. Kia was the 4th dealership that I visited in my 2017 quest for a car. None of the other salespeople were personable or real. Several of them even spoke very slowly to me which was infuriating. Todd treated me like a buddy and made buying a car an easy process. He listened to my needs and requests and showed me what I wanted to see, not what he thought I should see. He knew about all the cars that we drove and was able to answer my myriad questions. Unlike my teenagers, he was very helpful with my electronic/Bluetooth questions. He gave me simple demonstrations and did not laugh at my lack of knowledge. He even came in on his day off so that I could purchase the car that I wanted. I was very stressed at the prospect of buying a car, but Todd walked me through the entire process.
