I brought my KIA in a few minutes early & they took it almost immediately. They told me how long & they were ahead of schedule by a few minutes & I was out of there, shortly thereafter. The only negative is the waiting area, leaves a lot to be desired, as it is old & tired. But the service dept. itself, was good & my car was washed, dried & clean & radio (Sirius) channel had not been changed (I'm really not sure how to work it myself). I had no contact with the person who worked on my vehicle, but "Good Job" & the people who cleaned it up, "ACES"! Previously from sales I had Cody explain how to use different functions on my infotainment systems, which I find is more complicated than needed, Thank You, Cody! More

I have been dealing with Kia Country since 2005, so when my second Kia Sportage was hit while parked, and the insurance company TOTALED! it, I immediately went to them for my replacement. He listened to what I wanted, patiently walked me through the entire process, and found me the perfect car for my needs. He was knowledgeable, had helpful suggestions, and listened patiently to all my questions. He made the whole process easy and fun! Everyone at Kia Country is great to work with, but I really appreciate the way Will made it so easy! And I love my new (used) car! More
