My car was sent home with me with NO OIL and I had to bring it back for doing the same rattling and wouldn't accelerate. No one ever calls back. They put me at the back of the line even though I was in there the week before with the same problem and they sent me out for it to break down again becuase the whole time it HAD NO OIL IN IT. I treat that car like a baby and drove it around with no oil even though the oil change was 500 miles until due. Not happy at all. Same thing happened to my diabetes's Kia and I refuse to drag it in and out of the shop and spend a fortune on oil becuase it is burning oil. Kia problem, not a me problem. More
