I did not feel this way at this dealership. My salesman was Mr. Elijah Tucker. He just sat and talked with me and let me give him information to assist me. He didn't pressure me to any particular car or one with things I didn't want. He listened to me, respected what I had to say, was very professional and polite. He let me decide if I wanted to take my car for a drive. He gave me truthful and honest information on my trade in which I appreciate. They were happy that I traded a Kia for another Kia. From Sales to Service - A Top Notch team. 2 Cars and 8 years with Kia Country and I have loved every visit. I have always used their service department for my Kia Soul and would often walk ov 2 Cars and 8 years with Kia Country and I have loved every visit. I have always used their service department for my Kia Soul and would often walk over to the sales department to look at other cars. Not once did anyone ever pressure me or give me any less attention when I said I was just looking and not quite ready to make the move. 3 weeks ago, I went in for an oil change and came out with a 2019 Kia Sorento. It was seamless and even had Chelsea from the service department come out and congratulate me. Andy, Chelsea and the entire team were fantastic. I love my Kia Sorento and Kia Country. Went in for a repair job...came out with a GREAT new car My 2016 KIA Sorento had a sun roof that suddenly refused to close. I located KIA Country and made an appointment to get the roof fixed. When I dropped My 2016 KIA Sorento had a sun roof that suddenly refused to close. I located KIA Country and made an appointment to get the roof fixed. When I dropped the car off I casually mentioned that I would like to see what new cars they had to offer. Sure enough, the sales person, Elijah Tucker, happened to be in the repair garage and we walked me over to the sales building. Elijah is a great guy who connected with me immediately, My greatest concern was safety, and while the Sorento had some safety features, it did not have everything available. Long story short, he loaned me a 2020 Telluride that DID have all of the safety features. After some friendly but instructive haggling, we reached a very fair deal and a bit more than 24 hours after coming to KIA Country my wife and I drove away in the borrowed car, but now the proud owners (see picture attached).
