From frustrated to savings! I had a service appointment at another dealership close to Kia Country and wasn't helped in the least. I was passing Kia country on the way home and d I had a service appointment at another dealership close to Kia Country and wasn't helped in the least. I was passing Kia country on the way home and decided to swing in. I had talked with their finance manager the day before and they were interested in aprasing my Van. Not only did they buy my van for more than a few other dealerships had offered me they saved me money on a new SUV. Bill was honest and didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford. He even helped me save money on my car insurance after hearing what we were being charged. Bill interacted with my children I had with me for the whole process. Overall it has been one of the best car buying experiences I've had with a large dealership. More

I worked with Elijah, who has been there for many years. He was kind and not pushy- which I appreciate. Throughout the 2 afternoons we were there, several team members visited with us and made us feel welcome. We all know the buying process can be daunting, but it definitely was a pleasurable experience at Kia of Charleston. We love our new 2020 Telluride and recommend it 100%! More
