Both understood my situation and what I was looking for and both worked with me to fulfill my needs. The thing that really stood out to me was that I was never pressured into making a decision right on the spot and that's something that I really appreciated. In my opinion, that's very rare to find when car shopping. Eventually, I made a decision and when I did, they both made the final steps quick and easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone because they're the kind of dealership that not only wants to make you happy for the day in which you purchase the vehicle - they want to make you happy for the many years after it! Couldn't have been easier I had been doing some research on trading in my lease and recently took interest in Kia. The first Kia I went to in the area was not what I was lookin I had been doing some research on trading in my lease and recently took interest in Kia. The first Kia I went to in the area was not what I was looking for however a spur of the moment took my husband and myself to Kia Country. With a 6 months old, we explained how we may have to cut the experience short. Frank was extremely understanding and got me into the car I was interested in right away. Not only was he personable, he was very knowledgable of the car and was able to answer all my questions. Upon returning to the dealership, some numbers were run and he was able to get me the monthly payment (if not lower) I wanted. Everything done was quick and smooth and I felt very informed walking out with my brand new car in about 2 1/2 hours! I felt like Frank was looking out for my family's best interest and there was never any pressure or 'fluff' around selling me a car.
