They got it as a trade in. And they sold it directly to me. They vaccumed it and washed it. No tires, air conditioning wasn't working properly, front alignment, tires, and scratches on the paint. They had cars on the lot for dale that had already been sold. After waiting for 2 he's while Tue sales guy looked for the paper work to sell us 2 different cars he realized they were both already sold. More

They wanted me to pay $34k total for a $15k car. I didn't have a down payment either, but i will not pay more than double for car. They said they where at the banks mercy, I seriously doubt that. They thought they had a sucker. Don't let them do that to you! More

Was introduced to salesman, David Valdez, who was very knowledgeable and professional. Also, a very nice guy who didn't try pressuring us into a deal since we just popped in during lunch for a quick test drive. After the test drive, showed him and Dave Clarida, General Sales Manager, the deal that Cobb County Kia offered us on an EX. Dave said they could beat it by $500, so that was a good start! Came back a day or two later to get our trade evaluated and took an SX for a test drive for the heck of it, even though I had initially ruled it out. Once I felt the pickup that baby had, that was all she wrote! Way sportier than the LX or EX, too. Dave Clarida worked up a price on the one they had, which was quite attractive, especially since they gave me far more for my trade than any other dealership. They also don't charge you $800 or more for some bogus "appearance package", like other dealerships try ripping you off with! Now that I knew I wanted a Sportage SX, it was a matter of finding one with the particular color scheme I wanted, Pacific Blue with Gray Interior. Not easy to come by. In the system, there wasn't one less than 500 miles away. I wasn't interested in paying an extra one or two thousand dollars to have them get one out of state, so it was either settle for a different color or wait. Then one day, David called me back to tell me Dave Clarida discovered they had been allocated one by the factory, meaning it was coming straight to them, not some other dealership that they would have to try to acquire it from. I was skeptical, since I'd been burned by Atlanta Toyota when I bought my Highlander, but the next day, I went by and saw it in black and white - rIght colors, right model, right dealership. The price was a little higher than what they offered for the one they had on their lot, which is probably to be expected, but the increase was offset by an available rebate, plus they gave me a little more for my trade, so the bottom line was actually a little less! I signed off on it, and sure enough, I had it the next week, right when they said I would! I still can't believe they actually got me the exact vehicle I wanted, and at a great price, especially considering that I still have yet to see that configuration when I check dealer inventory from time to time. Also was glad to end up buying my ride from Kia Carland since they're close to work and will be convenient for any servicing needs. Thanks, David and Dave! Loving my SX! More

We initially found my car online and called the dealership. I had many phone conversations with Derek over the course of a week and he went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. The entire staff was awesome! There was absolutely no pressure to buy and I believe that we got a great deal. It was absolutely worth the drive! I highly recommend Kia Carland in Roswell, GA. For two weeks now I have been trying via emails to see about buying a car from this dealership due to the fact they had exactly what I wanted at a great price. After our initial contact it seemed as though they were not interested in helping me at all. They would not answer my emails and when the sales manager finally answered he told me he would work on it right then and send me the figures. That was three days ago. Even phone calls would not work. No one was ever available. Oh well, off to another dealership since they do not want my business. Tom More

By the time After doing the typical car research and driving all the dealerships in our price range in Roswell we landed at Kia on a Sunday afternoon. By the time we drove off the lot we had bought two cars and we're smiling the whole way home, no regrets, no remorse. The people we met were beyond helpful, they were genuine. There was never a question of honesty or whether the deal in front of us was less than we were wanting. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family. More

The GM, in passing, mentioned they were interested in purchasing my car if I would be interested. Knowing my husband always liked the Sorento, I said 'let's talk' and focused on a possible lease option. (we seem to change cars every 3 years so it just makes more sense) Well, my husband is so happy in his new Sorento! BUT the only reason I moved forward was because of the people at this dealership and the exceptional sales. Plus the service man, whom I need to deal with going forward - that's important ya know. So, I actually do not like the car buying process and avoid it at all costs. I don't know, something magical seems to happen when you get such good people, good service and not the usual, typical (sorry guys) pushy, wordy, car salesman (Orsino was fabulous). It was a fun process actually, for a change. We walked out 3 hours later with a satisfying deal and a great car. I so look forward to service too and checking in on everyone. AND again, Stewart (the service agent) had a lot to do with me even just listening to sales. If you like your service man, things will be right going forward! Thanks guys! More
Beware. Nothing but errors and hassle. Beware. You will have constant trouble, not from the car, but from the service. We got a new Kia at this location 6 months ago. So far, we haven't Beware. You will have constant trouble, not from the car, but from the service. We got a new Kia at this location 6 months ago. So far, we haven't made a visit (including the initial one) that didn't have some "error" that cost us time and money. In 6 months..... 1- They wrote the wrong information on the tag application. It took us nearly 6 weeks to get a tag from them. And if you call, no one calls you back. You just have to show up at the office to get an answer. Of course, this was after we spent weeks waiting on the car to be "delivered". We waited so many weeks after signing the lease that we had to have a month refunded because we had no car. 2- We took the car in for service- a simple tire rotation. A different service was performed than requested. Instead of giving a receipt, they said "we'll mail an itemized list of what we did." Of course, that didn't happen. It took weeks, and us following up, to figure out that the tires were never rotated. 3- But don't worry. I took the car back in to have the tires rotated. Without my knowledge or consent, they put the car into the automatic carwash with the bike rack still on it! It ripped off the arm of the (expensive) bike rack. I wasn't there for a carwash. If they had at least told me they were going to do this, I would have taken the rack off myself. 4- They agreed to order us a new bike rack. After a week, we called to see if it has come in. They never ordered it because they went online and there were multiple colors. They didn't know what color to get. Of course, they didn't call us to ask. If we hadn't followed up, they may have never replace it. 5- Also, part of the sales technique for an electric car is that they have a quick 30 minute charger on site that you can use any time. First, no one on staff knows how to use the charger. I had to call the charger company and show a staff member how to use it. And since the charger isn't used that often, they just park inventory cars in front of it so you can't use it...ever. I've given up on charging there since I have to go in, find a staff person, ask that a car be moved, hope the charger works, etc. If you are considering purchasing or leasing a car, can I just request that you run the other way. The cars are fine, but the headaches you'll endure just trying to get accurate paperwork and service that doesn't harm you will make it worth your money to go elsewhere. More

When my w The first visit to the service department a couple of months ago resulted in the wrong size wiper blade being installed on the back window. When my wife took the vehicle back to be corrected, they asked her why she felt it was the wrong size. She simply told them to turn on the wiper and watch it skip across the rear brake light. They reluctantly installed the correct size. Today was visit number 3. She asked me to go along with her as a silent observer. We made a 10:00 appointment for an oil change. We arrived at 9:57 and were asked "Are you leaving the car with us?" I responded that it was just an oil change and that no, we were not leaving the car. David told us that it would be "a while" before we could get service. I asked what a while was. He responded that it would take 60 to 90 minutes! At about the 90 minute mark, he came out to talk to us and tell us that that the transmission needed service and that the brake fluid needed to be changed because it was dirty. I agreed to the transmission service because it had never been done and because there was some evidence of slipping in the trans under stress. Since we had just had a brake job 3 weeks ago, I kept the dirty brake fluid. Finally at 12:29, David made another appearance and said that he needed 5 more minutes. He retrieved us at 12:45 which by my math is 16 minutes later, not 5. Because the windshield was replaced in the vehicle yesterday, my wife an I both told David that the car should not be washed. You can imagine my horror when I approached a wet car that had just been washed! We had an appointment; we were checked in at 09:57 and left at 12:48! My wife and I went to lunch and I decided to go back to the dealership. I asked for the General Manager and the receptionist referred me to the sales managers that sit in a glass bowl. I watched her laugh and cut up with the two managers for several minutes before Dave (he did not give his last name) finished chewing some snack and decided that I had waited long enough. I was taken to a back office and asked to step inside while he attended to something else. Finally, he joined me and I explained everything that I have type here. This is a quote from Dave "Since I transferred up here from Florida in May, we have had 3 Service managers because of problems such as this." You could have knocked me over with a feather as he went on to explain ownership problems at the dealership. After he finished, all I could say is "if that was to tell me that you are in the middle of a turn-a-round play; today proves that what you are doing isn't working." Don't walk away from this dealership; RUN! Some other notes: The only person that spoke to us in the showroom while we waited was a salesperson that wanted to do a trade evaluation. When we politely declined, he huffed and walked away. The female at what appeared to be the parts desk gave us an "annoyed look" when we sat down on the couch near her desk. More
