Mgmt inconsiderate of EV Owners. Management blocks charging stations to prevent any cars from charging. I drive by everyday and there are a several cars parked in the charging spots. When trying to charge, we ask the receptionist, salesman, manager to move at least one car, they give the excuse that the manager is in a meeting. Managers always do meetings in the morning before doors open. I've worked at several car dealers before. Very inconsiderate of EV owners. More

There is a spot on the roof that is just missing paint that I noticed when I went to wash it the first time. I told the dealership about it. They admitted this was a warranty defect, yet their repair for it was to just put some touch up paint over it. I decided that I would get KIA involved and that has turned out to be a big mistake. They have been incredibly rude through the whole process, while I have remained as calm as I can be. You can call their customer service phone number and ask for Travis 1-800-333-4542 case # K3281812. He is the agent currently trying to assist me. They have admitted it is a warranty defect and have already they will fix it and I can have a few months of free maintenance. I was not happy about that since it does not add any value back to my van and told them I would call them back. They have worn me down and I have accepted that I will not get any compensation for the devalued vehicle. So I call them back to tell them that I just want my van fixed and I do not even want the maintenance plan. They are telling me that my case has been turned to some district rep and I have not heard from anyone in a few weeks. The vehicle was purchased from KIA Carland, who has not been helpful. More

Our meeting was very appropriately handled and they did an awesome job addressing and correcting our concerns. I would say they went above and beyond in order to make us happy Kia Carland customers!!
