This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman LB Young was great, very knowledgeable, never pushy I felt that he really listened to what I was saying. I was introduced the Chris Jenkins, who was also very helpful in the negotiations. I left the dealership and did my own research on the 2013 Soul. I returned the next day with a new game plan. I was contacted by Josh the night before I had a scheduled service appointment to see if I might be interested in trading my 2011 Sorento. When I arrived I meet with Josh via a very polite gentleman by the name of Devin and before I knew it my wife and I were presented with a great deal on a 2013 Sorento that caught my wife's eye. Devin took us through the hole process that literally took but a couple hours ( most dealerships that I have been to can last anywhere from 4+ hours). We got a fantastic interest rate from the finance department. 5 years ago our son totaled my car. (he's greatly improved since then. We purchased a new 2008 Optima really liked it. At the same time we purchased a used '02 KIA Sportage he really enjoyed that c improved since then. We purchased a new 2008 Optima really liked it. I told everyone that I drove a Hampster! Immediately they knew due to some Great Marketing which still goes on today. Well his Sportage came down to the old story how much do we keep paying out of pocked. We gave him the Hampster. Mother he ended with a 2007 Honda Accord Hybred odley enough it wasn't that low.
