We went to fort Walton kia where we were lied to and told we couldn't choose our car and had to take the one they gave us or nothing at all....I knew it wasn't right so I called KIA OF PENSACOLA FL. THEY TOLD ME TO COmE IN RIGHT AWAY... they let me choose MY car and gave me more on my trade in then the other dealership they did everything in their power to make this transaction about me and what I wanted they gave me a voice!! I an forever grateful and would refer anyone to them!!!! Neil is amazing and accommodated us in every way.. they even drove the other car back to fort Walton and picked up my trade so that we wouldn't have to deal with any of it!!!!
