Extremely happy customer! I came in last Thursday to attempt to trade in my car due to the high mileage. My situation is less than ideal and I was completely up front with my s I came in last Thursday to attempt to trade in my car due to the high mileage. My situation is less than ideal and I was completely up front with my sales man, Ali. He did not pass any judgement and listened to my needs in regards to the new vehicle I would like to purchase. Due to my concerns, he said that he would try to work up a deal before I started test driving vehicles. He came back a few minutes later and said that they were unable to obtain approval with no down payment, but that he would keep trying. Here we are, almost a week later and he had been working with his manager to meet my needs as his customer. He called me this morning and told me that I would need to make a $4500 down payment and they could get me into a car, I told him what I could put down and less than an hour later I get a text message from him to call, that he had great news! He got me approved, but the down payment was a little more than I could pay today. His response "don't you worry, I will talk to my manager and we are going to make this happen". He didn't give up, and they worked tirelessly with no guarantee on the sale. I was in tears on my way home in my new car!! They were completely honest and transparent with me and, in my opinion, went above and beyond any expectation I could have ever had! There are no words to express how thankful and I am for this dealership and they have won a customer for life! Ali and Mike were a blessing to me tonight. Their efforts did not go unnoticed by me and as embarrassing as my situation is, I find myself in a situation where I want to tell everyone how incredible they are! More
