my experience with dealership has generally been good. Anthony has made special efforts to explain the service to me and has been very responsive to my questions about the car. I did have one incident where I came late in the day about what turned out to be a nail in my tire and I was turned away because there was noone who could take 5 minutes to look at my tire. ( 8-10 months ago) Thank God for Costco which discovered the nail and fixed the tire. I have been a client of your dealership for 25 years and have usually received outstanding service. I am especially satisfied with the service advisor Anthony. I own three Lexus cars with members of my family. I did speak to the dealership manager about my tire incident. I did not sense that he truly appreciated my concern about having to drive away with a tire problem. ( I did arrive about 4:40 as I was driving home from work ) I just believe the dealership could have done more, especially in light of the fact I had brought my cars for service 50-70 times over the 25 year period. More

Tried to buy used car from Ash, the manager. Discuss the price, had a firm price plus taxes and dock fee. He tagged on two more fees at $1000 each for nitrogen in the tires and a paint and inter Discuss the price, had a firm price plus taxes and dock fee. I declined both of those and was told that, regardless of what he had stated to me as a firm price was a lie. His word is worthless, as I expressed to him my frustration at lack of follow through on his moral character. I sent him all the information needed to buy the car and was told I have six other people waiting to buy this car and unless you take the additional $2000 in mandatory up charges, I will sell the car to someone else. I’ve been dealing with Lexus dealers for the last 20 years and have never had such an example of bait and switch after a price has been agreed-upon. I reminded him that all he has in life is his word, and unfortunately, his word is worthless! UPDATE: They have now raised the price by $2000 to cover up their aggressive MARKUPS!!! More
