Ramin, I called and was informed you’re out for the next week. Please reach out when you return. I left an honest review about my experience, and immediately after posting it, I received two calls and a text from the Service Associate I worked with. My main issue with Keyes Lexus was communication. If the Service Associate had been as proactive in providing service updates as he was in responding to my review, I wouldn’t have felt so out of the loop about my car’s status for over five days.

Since I wrote the review, I learned another really significant misrepresentation by Samaneh. She assured me that the Navigation in the car was a feature that was installed and would always be available, and did not require a subscription. But what did we find out? No navigation unless we subscribe. What next??
