Samaneh Jarzegar and Justin Samaan were very dishonest and lacked integrity in my wife's car purchase at Keys Lexus a couple months ago. When we went to the office to negotiate the purchase, she showed us a paper and I noticed two charges of $995 each in addition to taxes, registration fees and purchase price. One was for ETCH and the other one was for Perma Plate. We asked what those two charges were and Samaneh replied that those goverment charges and they were not optional. I replied to her that I knew about the licence/registratin fees that were supposed to be around $600 so why we would have to pay $1,990 in "mandatory goverment fees"? She just replied that those charges were imposed by the goverment and were not optional so we decided to pay those charges. I found out later that those two charges were optional and one was a Theft Deterrent sticker that costs about $20 and you can put it yourself on the car window. The other charge for Perma Plate was for a coating that they put on the pain which is worth about $200 and it doesn't even look like it was applied. We also told her that we wanted to pay cash for the purchase but they still run a credit report for my wife. Samaneh said they still run a credit report even if you are paying cash. I found later that they don't have to run a report but they choose to do it to finance you the purchase as they make money and commission for financing a contract. After agreeing on the purchase, Samaneh took us to the finance person (Justin Samaan). Justin told us that he just needed a credit card to charge $5,000 as it would benefit us because "anybody loves points" on a credit card and the rest we could pay cash. So he made us wait for about 15 minutes outside his office to do the paperwork. Then he brought us in the office and explained to my wife that all the contract information was on a "Zip" memory card that he would give her after signing all documents. He had my wife sign about a dozen documents on an ipad but he never showed my wife the documents where it stated that two charges for $1,990 optional and it had a better description of what the two charges were. Also, Justin never showed my wife that it was a financing contract financed for 72 moths at 7.99% interest. He also had my wife sign a declination consent for a Purchase Cancellation Option Agreement as "no body ever buys it" and you would have to pay $500 restocking fee. About a month later, we found several imperfactions on the car as we did not noticed when we bougth the car because it was very dusty and the imperfections were spray painted but the pain started to come out after a few weeks. My wife didn't want me to write a complaint but I don't think is fair that dishonest take advantage and play with your intelligence to make sales. I read a lot of similar reviews and found out that 12 keyes dealers are now owned by Lithia Auto Sales and they are pressured to make profits. More

They would also not remove any add-ons totaling $3,000, which I neither wanted nor needed. Throughout this process, I interacted with three different representatives: Parisha, Christian, and Hady. Each provided inconsistent information, contributing to a sense of being misled. After expressing my concerns, the dealership reduced the add-on price to $1,550 but still insisted on their non-negotiable pricing. I ultimately offered $20,000 out the door, but they declined. Despite reaching out to the sales manager, Natalie, and leaving a voicemail to discuss my experience, I have received no further communication. The dealership employs deceptive pricing tactics and mandatory add-ons. PROFIT is their priority vs helping customers. More

THEY ARE A BUNCH OF PIRATES. Buying a car is too complicated and takes too long. Keyes Lexus manages to make it unpleasant as possible as well. Why would they show me a car, and after a test drive and talk of the details, tell me that it's already sold? To upsell me is why. Samaneh is a sweet person, until I reflected later, and realized how many times she and her team LIED to me. Her immediate manager lied, telling me that the car cannot be registered unless buyer's income is disclosed. Huh? Has the DMV ever asked for your income before registering your car? No! But Keyes claims it's a mandatory disclosure. LIARS! The General Sales Manager, who smells and dresses like he just stepped out of a service bay is incredibly rude, and he lies too. When I countered his offer for a car, he barked at me, "I don't negotiate!" Nothing further to discuss, I turned and walked to the exit. Samaneh chased me down, and insisted he never said that, no, no, never - I should absolutely not believe my ears - and he would accept my offer. So he LIED too, he does negotiate, and he's a BULLY. And her tactic is called GASLIGHTING. Did I mention the garbage fees they tack on? $3,000 for "just because we want to." Keyes Lexus are PIRATES. Even the cookies were burned and depleted, and looked sad. More
