The only problem was the Finance Manager, Lucine, whom we felt was very cold and rude, and refused to even answer our questions. But we would definitely buy a Hyundai at this dealership again. More

GREAT service from John Shaw I brought in my son's 2007 Santa Fe for a recall notice & oil change. My service advisor, John Shaw, was terrific - friendly, helpful, efficient, not pushy. I came specifically to this Hyundai dealership because of the very nice help I received from Sonda in the service call center & then was equally pleased to get excellent help from John. Because of this, Keyes will be my first stop when I'm looking for a new 2019 car in a few months. Thank you! More

G After going through many service consultants at Keyes I was fortunate to have John Shaw serve me. I just made an appt and was hoping for the best. Glad that John greeted me. I recognize that service consultants are evaluated and probably compensated on the amount of business that they generate. I was in for my 30,000 mi. servicing and John showed me the packages. I chose the middle package with an upgrade for cleaning out the braking system at John's recommendation. It made sense to me. Later as I patiently waited (I was waiting for 3+ hrs, ugh!) John came out to suggest I consider an alignment based on putting the car through the testing. I decided to do this as well as John explained that it was prudent and was not related to putting new tires on the car down the road. This also made sense especially since I had a 15% off coupon. I came away from the service experience feeling that John Shaw was not only doing his job for Keyes but at the same time looking out for my best interests. This is the kind of service consultant that gains customer loyalty. I hope he's still with Keyes when I need service again. More

Good service Oil change took 1.25 hrs as promised. Washed car also. Only 1600 miles since last change, but the manual requires 6 months minimum Should have incl Oil change took 1.25 hrs as promised. This review is so time consuming I almost deleted it. Like, why 25 word minimun? More
