When I mentioned that the Tucson Hybrid is our fifth Hyundai, I should have added that my Hyundai Sonata is 20 years old this week, and it still looks and runs like new. We should have taken a picture when I drove my Sonata to Keyes when my wife picked up her Tucson. Well, maybe next time!

I reached out to the Lithia General Manager, Sean Evans, on July 24, 2024, following a seemingly generic response to my complaint. Despite his assurance of attention to my concerns, I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution. It feels as though the initial response was merely a public relations tactic to give the appearance of care while failing to address the issue genuinely.
