Excellent service I received an excellent service at the Keyes Hyundai dealership in Van Nuys a few days ago. The engine light started blinking in my 2012 Sonata, so I I received an excellent service at the Keyes Hyundai dealership in Van Nuys a few days ago. The engine light started blinking in my 2012 Sonata, so I took the car to the dealership without previous appointment. The person who took care of my car was Russ (cannot find his name on the list below). He was very professional, explained the procedures that needed to be done and answered all my questioned. I did not feel pressured to do extra things or buy additional services for the car, as I often felt at some other places. The problem with the engine was diagnosed, parts ordered, and the car was fixed within 24 hours. Throughout that time, Russ provided me with updates and immediately informed me when the car was done. I was so impressed with his professional behavior, that I even went to his manager to compliment his work. I have purchased two vehicles at this dealership and will keep coming here in the future.
