Excellent service and experience John was waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment to service my car. The paperwork was ready and he called a Lyft driver to take me to work. Frustrated! Over a week ago I made an appointment to have the recall performed on my Hyundai Ionic. I took the first appointment available although I wanted the work done sooner, as it sounded like a pretty important recall! I arrived early for my appointment today only to be told that they ran out of the parts and I would have to come back another day. I was told "We never turn anyone away, so we used all of the parts on that recall". I had taken the day off of work to bring my car in all the way from Valencia. Someone should have let me know that they ran out of parts!!! The dealership acted like it was no big deal, and inconveniencing me didn't matter at all. After waiting hours for the manager to return our call, he finally offered to deliver the car when it was ready. A little too little, too late. I am an extremely busy person who works a lot, and I do not like being treated like my time is not valued. I could say more... but they clearly don't care about these poor reviews! More
