These guys have helped me with issues where other service centers failed. I get a thorough health check to help ensure my vehicle is well suited for my long distance trips in various weather conditions. Sometimes it takes them a while to get things looked at and dealt with, but they have done a great job for me with different vehicles over the years. I've had no issues with service and repairs they have done on my SUVs. Not everything is black and white and they have some good folks in there to evaluate the gray areas. They also have a comfortable waiting area with couches, chairs, tables, wifi, beverages and snacks. Keyes stays in communication with you regarding findings and service progress whether or not if you stay on the premises. Check in has been quick and easy and payment/checkout has also been fast. Liked the ride. We went back home. Saw on Keyes website they reduced the price $3000. So we expressed our interest via email and negotiated what we considered a fair price with Matthew Ahroni in Internet Sales. He agreed to hold the vehicle for us (with a down payment) until Thanksgiving, as we would be back up in LA. We appreciated that. The purchasing experience with Matthew and Steve Chung in financing was pretty easy. There was no pressure or surprises regarding add ons or price hikes. The price was the price. We financed through Hyundai as Steve beat the credit union loan rate we were going to use for the same term. The whole process took a couple of hours and I drove our nice, clean 2015 Tucson off the lot. Overall, a good experience with Keyes Hyundai. More
