Took care of my quickly without an appointment I had an issue with my trunk latch and had to drive to dealership with my trunk tied down with shoestring (Was all I could find in my car). I then found out his name was “Miguel” if that truly is correct, and they refused to provide me with his business card. Great, quick service I brought my car in for a simple "check engine" light diagnosis (it is still under warranty). I dropped my car off with John Shaw at the appointed tim I brought my car in for a simple "check engine" light diagnosis (it is still under warranty). I dropped my car off with John Shaw at the appointed time and he was very professional and friendly. I waited at the dealership for the repairs to be completed. It turned out to be a bad sensor which was quickly replaced under warranty and I was on my way in a couple of hours. I was very happy with John and the entire service department in general. More
