My Service Advisor Tiffany Baker was extemely knowlegable and so nice. She went out of her way to help me. I am not giving a 5 Star yet because I had my car towed in, I was told the problem was that I need and so nice. She went out of her way to help me. I drove away from Keyes and as soon as I got on the 405 the same "HYBIRD WSTYSEM WARNING! SAFELY STOP AND DO NOT DRIVE" waring light came on. So the car is in the shop. I was told the mechanic test drove my car 2 miles but they did not take it on the freeway. Tiffany stopped in the dealership today, on her day off to get me an uber to the Midway Rental Car facility. Tiffaney gets a 5Star. Keyes is the only place I bring my car to get fixed since I bought it. In general I have been extremely happy with them. More
