My Service Rep was John Shaw. I dropped in unannounced as my 2013 Sonata Hybrid warning light came on and literally shut my engine off. I drove over and told John of the problem and it was late in the af as my 2013 Sonata Hybrid warning light came on and literally shut my engine off. I drove over and told John of the problem and it was late in the afternoon. He had no idea what was wrong but stated that they would have to check it on the computer and this could not be done until the morning. The reason for only 4 stars, is they don't provide a ride back to your office or home! More
Very disappointed. I went in to buy the car and they weren’t ready to sell it to us. The car salesman sat on top of the desk instead of behind it, as if he didn’t have time to get serious enough to talk weren’t ready to sell it to us. They said they’d follow up within a few days. We waited a week and ended up buying the car from a different dealer. Can’t recommend this dealer to anyone based on this experience. More
